SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Made By Four & Co.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

All products are handmade and many are personalised to order.

Please allow 7–10 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Production times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and other seasonal events. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

  1. SHIPPING OPTIONS

At checkout, customers may select from the following delivery services:

  • 24-Hour Tracked Delivery
  • 48-Hour Tracked Delivery

Please note that delivery times apply once your order has been completed and dispatched. The selected shipping service does not reduce or replace the 7–10 working day production period.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been handed to the courier.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, industrial action, or peak seasonal demand.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

  1. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Four & Co cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  1. LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage to the parcel
  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
