Our products are manufactured in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 (as amended). We carry out the appropriate conformity assessment procedures and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for every product, including risk assessments, testing records, and a UK Declaration of Conformity where required.
Where required, our products are UKCA compliant. Due to the size or design of certain products, the UKCA marking and other mandatory information may be provided on the product packaging or accompanying label, rather than directly on the toy, where this is permitted by the applicable legislation.
Packaging and labels include the appropriate information, which may include:
- UKCA marking (where required).
- Manufacturer identification and contact details.
- Product identification.
- Age recommendations and safety warnings.
- "Not suitable for children under 36 months" warning where applicable.
- Instructions for safe use where required.
